Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre

The hotel manager was great! I had explained my husband passed away and me and my children were there to get away and have sometime to ourselves and after I said that manager said if we need anything to let them know and they'd try there best to accommodate me and my family. It made me feel at ease and I felt happy that this nice lady who didn't know us but took into consideration that we were grieving and wanted to make our stay enjoyable and made us feel like we were taken care of, no worries just enjoy your stay and enjoy the pool with your kids ❤. Me and my kids are actually planning another trip to North Bay in a few weeks because the service was so excellent at this hotel my kids want to go back. Thank you Laura for taking the time to make me and my kids feel so at home here.

Reasonable accommodation at reasonable cost. Breakfast was OK but, of course, you pay for it. Staff was friendly.

We loved the pool was the perfect temperature and the breakfast was amazing. We're definaley coming back again for another staycation movies right up the road was a clean nice place comfy beds free parking
